PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drain water without inclining a vessel by arranged a first vessel formed of meshes and a second vessel fitted inside the first vessel, and dividedly constituting the second vessel so that the second half part can be moved in the circumferential direction along the inner peripheral surface of the first half part. SOLUTION: This cooking material vessel 1 is composed of a mesh-like vessel 2 having an opening 2a and a vessel 3 having an opening 3a. The vessel 3 is composed of the half part 4 having an opening 4a and the hald part 6 having an opening 6a, and the half part 4 is fixed inside the vessel 2 by connecting tools 9, 9. The recessed part 5 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the half part 4, the projecting part 7 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the half part 6, and in the half part 6, the end part of the projecting part 7 engages with the end part of the recessed part 5. Thus, the half parts 4, 6 are connected to each other, and the half part 6 can slide in the circumferential direction in the half part 4. At using time, for example, after washing vegetables, the half part 6 is moved in the circumferential direction along the inner peripheral surface of the half part 4 to drain water from meshes of the vessel 2.
