PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device of a slide rail capable of completely preventing the unpredicted jump-out of equipments by a simple structure in the locking device of the slide rail for maintaining the state of housing the equipments of a computer or the like inside a main body. SOLUTION: In the slide rail 100 composed of a fixed side rail 1 fixed to the main body of a rack or the like, a moving side rail 2 freely slidably disposed to the fixed side rail 1 and a locking piece 6 provided on the front end part inner surface of the moving side rail 2, a locking projection piece 13 projected in the direction of the moving side rail 2 is formed at the base plate front end part of the fixed side rail 1. Then, the locking piece 6 is provided with an operation projection part 62 projected to the front part of the moving side rail 2, a guiding inclined piece 63 projected to the side of the locking projection piece 13 and inclined to a position where a front end is locked to the locking projection piece 13 and a rear end is detached from the locking projection piece 13, and a locked state maintaining part for maintaining the looked state of the guiding inclined piece 63, and is freely turnable parallelly to the moving side rail, and turning force is imparted in the direction of locking the guiding inclined piece 63 to the locking projection piece 13 at all times.
