PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closing board for a floor panel opening part and a floor panel device capable of improving strength, and excellent in manufacture. SOLUTION: This closing board for a floor panel opening part is held on a flange 3 projected from a cutout shaped opening part 2 formed on a floor panel 1, and has a hitching recessed part 6 formed by cutting out a back side edge 4a of a face plate 4, and a locking part 7 formed on a back surface of the face plate 4, and capable of locking slantingly on the flange 3 projected from a side of the opening part 2. The locking part 7 is disposed in the vicinity of a side 4b of an opening side, so that it is possible to lock to and release from the flange 3 by turning operation such that the backside edge 4a of the face plate 4 is raised upward.
