PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitted-in type wall panel which can shorten a construction period and reduce constructing costs, by improving the workability in the construction field. SOLUTION: The fitted-in type wall panel comprises a frame body 1 to be fitted in a bay erected on a ground sill, a plaster board 4 mounted on an indoor side surface of the frame body 1, a hard urethane foam 9 housed in the frame body 1, and a windbreak moisture-permeable sheet 10 stuck to an outdoor side surface of the frame body 1. By virtue of this structure, only by fitting and installing the wall panel in the bay erected on the ground sill, an internal wall substrate of the plaster board 4 and an external wall substrate of the windbreak moisture-permeable sheet 10 are simultaneously completed. As a result, construction steps in the construction field can be decreased, a construction period can be extremely shortened, and therefore construction costs can be drastically reduced.
