PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lock an electronic lock surely and severely by simple constitution by providing a master key-like electronic lock system unlocking a specific key cover in a plurality of key covers capable of rejecting an access from the outside to a key hole by one or a plurality of electronic keys, and to provide the electronic lock system in which only a permitted person or group can unlock the key covers easily and an electronic-lock mechanism can be added easily to an existing locking device having no electronic-lock mechanism. SOLUTION: Feeder circuits for the control section and locking section of a key cover connected to an electromagnetic induction secondary coil is supplied with power by electrical coupling in a noncontact manner to the electromagnetic induction coil for the key cover from an electromagnetic induction primary coil by using a UL power supply, the ID information signal and unlocking signal of a specific key cover in a plurality of key covers capable of rejecting an access from the outside to a key hole are transmitted by an R/W terminal equipment, and the locking section is unlocked when ID information transmitted from the R/W terminal equipment coincides with ID information peculiar to the key cover stored in the control section of the key cover.
