PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistory bicycle parking facility easy in construction, less in operating power, and large in storage capacity for each unit. SOLUTION: This rotary type multistory bicycle parking facility comprises rotary type bicycle storage racks 6 having a pair of rotary wheels 2, endless rotating chains 4 suspended around between the rotary wheels 2 and turned inside horizontal plane, and a plurality of lifting slings 5 installed on the rotating chains 4, a case transfer device 9 transferring a bicycle storage case 7 storing a bicycle on a ground 41 between the ground 41 and the bicycle storage racks 6, and a case delivery device 10 mounted on the case transfer device 9 and hanging the bicycle storage case 7 on the slings 5 of the rotary bicycle storage rack 6 or receiving it from the slings 5.
