<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication service method reducing a mental block about a skin trouble and enabling to freely receive an advice. <P>SOLUTION: User's skin trouble information is transmitted from a cellular phone 2 to a server device 5. The server device 5 retrieves or generates advice information suitable for the skin trouble, on the basis of the skin trouble information received from the cellular phone 2 and information stored in a database in advance.
