<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a tough polylactic acid heat-folded product withstanding distribution or storage by using a sheet having sufficient impact resistance, heat resistance and heat folding formability without especially increasing a sheet thickness. <P>SOLUTION: In the polylactic acid heat-folded product obtained by folding a laminated sheet having a layer A primarily composed of a polylactic acid polymer and stretched and heat set and a layer B primarily composed of a polylactic acid polymer having a melting point lower than that of the polylactic acid polymer constituting the layer A, a polylactic acid laminated sheet for heat folding forming having a predetermined relation is heated to a temperature to make the temperature of the layer A of a part to be folded satisfy a predetermined condition, folded, and then the folded part is cooled while held to a folded state to manufacture the polylactic acid heat-folded product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
