PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem with a track pad with a steel plate, wherein the steel plate and the track pad themselves are scattered. SOLUTION: This track pad comprises a base plate part 12, which is formed like a thin plate by using a flexible rubber, and which has a spring constant required for a cushioning member; and a surface layer plate part 14, which is formed like a plate by using a rigid rubber which is integrally molded in the state of being superposed on the base plate part, and which has a hardness of A98Hs (about D80) or higher. In the base plate part 12 and the surface layer plate part 14, rubber materials 12-1 and 14-1, which are each formed like a thin plate as a material for them, are superposed on each other, set in a mold 22, and molded integrally by being pressure-molded and vulcanized in the mold.
