PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plating solution for plating an FePt alloy and a production method of a plating structure using the plating solution. SOLUTION: The plating solution contains at least Fe and Pt, in which a Pt component is cyclohexachloroammonium platinate. The Fe component is stabilized in a plating bath as an Fe complex by a complexing agent and the complexing agent is a tartaric acid ion or citric acid ion. The pH of the plating solution is 6 to 9.6. The production method of the structure includes a process of preparing an electrode and an object to be plated in a vessel containing the plating solution, and a process of forming the structure by applying voltage to the electrode, thereby plating a magnetic material including FePt from the plating solution to the object.
