PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain linearity of flow rate and IGV opening and improve control performance even in a case that nonlinearity of opening of IGV and actual flow rate gets large and obstructs control of a compressor when the compressor and IGV are installed at separate locations due to layout reason. SOLUTION: This control device is provided with a nonlinear valve opening function generator 25 correcting nonlinearity of IGV opening command value based on supply flow rate command value to the compressor in a compressor including a compressor, IGV provided in a suction side of the compressor, a recycle line connecting a delivery side and suction side of the compressor, and a recycle valve provided in the recycle line, and control IGM by the same.
