PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter compatibly provided with vibrationproof and filtration properties. SOLUTION: The fuel filter is attached to an inlet port of a fuel pump. A material 30 of the filter includes at least reinforce layers 70 and 78 and unwoven layers 72, 74, and 76. A stretchable elastic body 60 is arranged in a space surrounded by the filter material 30. In at least a position of a filtration area of the filter material 30, the reinforce layers 70 and 78 are joined with each other via the nonwoven cloth layers 72, 74, and 76. The nonwoven cloth layers 72, 74, and 76 are not stretched by an elastic force of the elastic body 60 so that a filtration performance can be maintained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
