PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise, while implementing size reduction and simplification of structure of a compressor and drive system devices. SOLUTION: An oil free screw compressor comprises: compressor bodies 1, 2 compressing gas; a motor 10 driving rotors of the compressor bodies through speed increasing gears 2a, 2b, 9; a gear casing 3 housing the speed increasing gears; and cooling devices 31, 41 cooling discharged air. An oil tank 72 is disposed separately from the gear casing, the motor is fixed to a common base 21, the gear casing is integrally attached to the motor through flanges 5, and the compressor bodies are integrally attached to the gear casing through the flanges.
