<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clearly distinguish the external input terminal of a television receiver to which a game machine can be connected, to easily confirm the connection state of an external apparatus when switching is made to a game mode, to facilitate switching to a game mode, and to bring about a video image and a sound field mode suitable for a game while interlocking with depression of a game key. <P>SOLUTION: In a television receiver 1 having external input terminals to which an external apparatus including a game machine can be connected and the operation of which is controlled by a remote controller, a plurality of game priority input terminals 32 to which a game machine can be connected out of the external input terminals are provided on the side face while being arranged such that the inserting/drawing direction of a connection terminal becomes parallel with the screen 31, and the remote controller is provided with a control means for making a switch to the game mode when a game key dedicated to switching the game is depressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
