<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design a layout for obtaining a desired pattern by simple processing. <P>SOLUTION: The wiring device includes: a selection means 22 for selecting a non-wired net; difficulty detection means for correction processing 21 and 24 for detecting an area where correction processing for a deviation between the graphic pattern of an integrated circuit manufacture mask and the graphic pattern of an actually manufactured integrated circuit becomes difficult from areas including the selected non-wired net and a prescribed already-wired net around it and outputting a correction processing difficulty for which the degree of the difficulty of the correction processing is made into data; a cost setting means 23 for setting a cost based on the correction processing difficulty near the area where the correction processing becomes difficult; and a wiring route search means 25 for searching the wiring route of the non-wired net using the cost. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
