<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support an improvement planning by evaluating an effect when an improvement plan for a product is applied to the other products. <P>SOLUTION: A device includes an environmental load evaluation means for evaluating the environmental load of a product by entering a part configuration, materials, and processes of a product, and prerequisites for the application; an improvement plan with prerequisites storage means for storing the product parts, the materials, and the configuration of the processes which were input and the environmental load evaluated by the environmental load evaluation means and storing the improvement plan together with the prerequisites from the part configuration, materials, and processes of the product and the improvement plant made from the environmental load of the product evaluated by the environmental load evaluation means; an improvement plan applicability determination means for determining the applicability of the improvement plan for a product from the parts, materials, and process configuration of the product and the improvement plans; and an improvement effect evaluation means for evaluation the effect of the improvement plan which was determined to be applicable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
