<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio network controller (RNC) capable of optimally assigning the number of codes of finite resources to an HS-PDSCH. <P>SOLUTION: An RNC determines increase/decrease in the number of HS-PDSCH codes based on a usage status in a DCH code of a service class whose priority is determined higher than that of an HSPDA call in a step S1. The RNC 1 determines a maximum value for the number of HS-PDSCH assignment codes based on a capability of an HSPDA call under connection in a step S2. The RNC calculates the number of HS-PDSCH codes to be actually assigned from Condition<SB>-</SB>INC, Condition<SB>-</SB>DEC, and N<SB>-</SB>HS-PDSCH determined in the two steps, in a step S3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
