<p>The invention relates to a cam transmission mechanism intended to fit out an internal combustion engine or a compressor. According to the invention, the mechanism comprises a piston (2) mounted within a cover (1), some segments (3) and a cam (4) integral with a main shaft (7), the piston (2) being linked to the main shaft (7) the cam is integral to by means of at least one supporting plate (6) having one end coupled to the piston (2) by means of a bolt (4), and the other end guided on the main shaft (7) by a resistance element (11) provided with some rollers or bearings following the profile of the cam (5).</p> |
