An automatic caulking device of the lock nut is provided to prevent the caulking punch from contacting the dog since the caulking work is performed while pushing out the locking dog with the caulking punch. An automatic caulking device of the lock nut comprises a drive shaft(210) which is combined in one side of the axle assembly, and in which the caulking guide groove(212) guiding the caulking location of the lock nut is formed, a caulking member, a working cylinder raising the caulking member to the caulking location and standby position, a movement prevention member which is fixed at the top of the axle assembly, and which prevents the lock nut from moving. The caulking portion ash includes a caulking portion caulking the lock nut, a caulking location sensing part sensing the caulking location of the lock nut, and a signal transmitting unit for delivering the sensed signal to outside.
