MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ETCHANT BASED ON ALCL3 AND HYDROCHLORIC ACID ELECTROLYTE USING AC ELECTROLYTIC ETCHING

A manufacturing method of etchant for aluminium electrolysis capacitor cathode foil etching is provided to improve electrostatic capacity by fixing initial waveform through annexing ALCL3 6H2O and maintaining amplitude and waveform to improve pore area and surface area. A manufacturing method of etchant for aluminium electrolysis capacitor cathode foil etching comprises: a step of firstly pre-processing aluminum foil in sodium hydroxide and secondly pre-processing the aluminum foil in 5% phosphoric acid and thirdly pre-processing the aluminum foil in hydrochloric acid and nitric acid respectively and forming an etch pit; a step of putting the aluminum foil in a container in which electrolyte including sulfuric acid is filled and impregnating two carbon plates and providing AC power supply and etching the aluminum foil; and a step of washing and drying the aluminum foil.
