<p>For the purpose of efficiently performing surveillance of the activity of a person or vehicle detected by a surveillance camera, the present invention uses signal generation means, a sensor for receiving a signal from the signal generation means, and image data taken by the camera, the invention is configured such that a mobile object such as a person or vehicle included in an image taken by the camera is detected by way of preparing mobile-object activity information; an ID number indicated by a signal received by the sensor is prepared as authentication information; permitted activities and prohibited activities are defined according to authorization corresponding to the authentication information; and when it is detected that the activity indicated by the mobile-object activity information is an illegal activity or prohibited activity, an alarm is generated.</p> |
