The device for the releasing, holding and placing of a cable guided communication buoy (2) from submarine (1) present under water, has a cable (4), which is provided for the mechanical connection between submarine and communication buoy. A floating body (5) is provided at the cable with distance to the buoy-sided end of the cable. The floating body has a distance to the buoy in released condition, which corresponds to the distance of waves of the sea.
