The honeycombed slab comprises a concrete mass forming a table (1) with two parallel principal surfaces (2) joined by two side walls (3) and two ends (4). Pre-stressed steel (5) located in the concrete emerges through the ends. Two pairs of lifting systems (6) are buried in the mass each emerging through the side walls. The lifting systems are perpendicular to the steel and articulated in their unburied part (7).
