<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument panel with sufficient appearance in which the surface form of the instrument panel is extremely rarely projected on a windshield surface of an automobile, favorably preventing trouble from being caused in driving. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An area surface of at least a half from the windshield surface side of an approximately horizontal surface part of an upper surface of the instrument panel is formed in a pattern-like stripe, and a projection 20 is formed on at least a part of the projection part surface of the pattern-like stripe. In the instrument panel, the projection 20 of one area including the projection part surface and a projection 22 at the different area from the area indicate a different direction.
