PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording device capable of easily performing maintenance work of a recording section while securing position accuracy of the recording section.SOLUTION: A recording device comprises: a recording section 23 performing recording onto a sheet transported along a transportation path; a printer section 12 accommodating the recording section 23; a medium discharge port discharging the sheet recorded by the recording section 23; and a placing table 27 being positioned above the recording section 23, receiving and supporting the sheet discharged by the medium ejection port and being provided in an openable/closable manner with respect to the printer section 12. Further, an access path AK accessible from above with respect to the recording section 23 is formed by causing the placing table 27 to perform opening operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
