The present invention relates to a wind vibration device coupled with an air outlet of a hair dryer and vibrating wind. The present invention includes: a tubular adaptor coupled with the air outlet, the wind flowing into the adaptor; a rotating portion having a tubular rotating body rotatably coupled with an inner portion of the adaptor and rotated by the wind as the wind flows in from one end and a restricting bar coupled to extend from the rotating body; and a rotating blade portion hinge-coupled with an end portion of the adaptor by a hinge portion, the rotating blade portion vibrating about the hinge portion as a result of the rotation of the rotating body with the restricting bar in contact.
