The present invention provides a battery pack. The battery pack comprises a secondary battery having at least one pair of electrode tabs, a circuit board which is mounted with at least one element of a circuit which controls at least one of the charging and discharging of the secondary battery, and an insulating plate which supports the circuit board. The insulating plate is formed between them when the circuit board is folded. A pair of the electrode tabs are fixed between the insulating plate and the circuit board. The insulating plate touches the part of the electrode tabs. The battery pack becomes miniaturized and compact. |
