In order to accurately detect blood vessels existing in biological tissues and selectively detect blood vessels having a predetermined thickness, the blood flow measuring method, for blood vessel identification, according to the present invention comprises: acquiring a real time Doppler spectrum fRT (ω) through Fourier transformation of a temporal waveform of scattered light intensities of laser light in a living body; calculating a normalized real time Doppler spectrum fNrm (ω) and a normalized zero spectrum fzNrm (ω); calculating, from a subtraction spectrum fSUB (ω) calculated through subtraction of those calculated spectra, a range spectrum frng (ω); calculating a PS standard spectrum fPS (ω) by subtracting the maximum value of the range spectrum frng (ω) in a predetermined PS standard range from the range spectrum frng (ω); calculating an average frequency ωave on the basis of a calculation spectrum fC (ω) acquired by substituting an element having a negative PS standard spectrum fPS (ω) with zero; and determining the blood flow rate by comparing the calculated average frequency ωave and a predetermined threshold ωth. |
