The invention relates to a non-woven lamellar material comprising a mixture of bicomponent core/shell-type super-absorbent fibres, said core being made of polyacrylonitrile and the shell being made of polyacrylate, and thermobonding non-absorbent fibres, for the use thereof in a method for treating wounds by negative pressure. The invention also relates to a device for treating wounds by negative pressure implementing such a material, said device preferably being a dressing.
