PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric circuit board capable of preventing an electrode short circuit due to variation in bonding positions in a bonding process.SOLUTION: An electric circuit board is provided with a signal electrode 2 and grounding electrodes 6 and 7 on a board 1, and comprises a connection pad 3(A) connected to part of the signal electrode 2. Also, the electric circuit board is provided with an electric component on the board 1, and comprises a connection pad 5(B) connected to part of the electric component. The connection pad 3(A) and the connection pad 5(B) are bonding connected with a wire 8. The height of the grounding electrode 7 placed between the connection pad 3(A) and the connection pad 5(B) is lower than that of any of the connection pad 3(A) and the connection pad 5(B).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
