PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium ion capacitor capable of suppressing the generation of gas at the inside thereof and furthermore low in initial DC resistance, and a lithium ion capacitor negative electrode with which such a lithium ion capacitor can be obtained.SOLUTION: A lithium ion capacitor of the present invention includes a positive electrode having a positive electrode active material layer, a negative electrode having a negative electrode active material layer, and a separator and an electrolyte. The negative electrode active material layer contains a negative electrode active material and carbon fibers, and the percentage of the carbon fibers in the negative electrode active material layer is 1-30 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
