PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide highly effective and safe agents that inhibit the production of advanced glycation end products.SOLUTION: An AGEs production inhibitor contains as an active ingredient one or more selected from Coptis japonica extract, Phellodendron amurense extract, and Gardenia jasminoides extract.
