PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having a surface sheet comprising an olefinic resin and characterized by that an ultraviolet absorber (light-resistant agent) added to the olefin resin is hard to precipitate on the surface of the sheet. SOLUTION: A printing layer 2 is formed on a base material sheet 1 comprising a thermoplastic elastomer and an adhesive layer 3 is formed on the printing layer 2 and, subsequently, at least one surface sheet 4 comprising an olefinic resin is formed on the adhesive layer 3 and 2-(2'-hydroxy-3',5'-bis(α,α- dimethylbenzyl)phenyl)benzotriazole is added to at least one surface sheet 4 as an ultraviolet absorber.
