PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter for a roll storage case capable of easily cutting even a roll sheet of large elongation percentage also excellent in handling workability at handling time and the roll storage case using the cutter therefor. SOLUTION: In this cutter 7 for a roll storage case mounted therein to cut a lap film drawn out from this roll storage case, the cutter 7 is provided with many cutter pieces 14 dividing an edge part 13 thereof by acute angular cut parts 9, 9' provided successively in line into saw tooth shape, and many of these cutter pieces 14 are each provided with a tooth tip A of an angleαof 90 deg. or less and one side 11 formed with each tooth tip A is intermittently connected on a single straight line 15. In a tip end of the cut parts 9, 9', a deep cut slit part 10 is provided to extended from this tip end.
