PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an internal liquid medicine having excellent mineral absorbability, excellent active ingredient storage stability and excellent antiseptic property and having a moderately sour administration touch by compounding calcium, tartaric acid, etc., and adjusting the pH of the medicine in a specific range. SOLUTION: This internal liquid medicine contains (A) one or more kinds of minerals selected from calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc and (B) one or two of tartaric acid and lactic acid, and has pH 2.5-3.5. The component A is preferably compounded in the form of an organic acid salt such as either one or more of calcium gluconate, calcium lactate or calcium pantothenate.
