The invention relates to an underfloor heating system in which hot-air is guided through an air conduit system that is disposed below a floor screed. The inventive system is characterized in that in the area of the floor surfaces to be heated the air conduit system is configured by a porous bulk layer of bodies having a high thermal capacity. The porosity of said layer ranges between 10 and 80 % by volume and is delimited by an air-tight film o r film-type layer on its upper and lower faces.
