A door structure utilizes a first skin (12) having a surface. The first skin also includes an aperture (22) through the same. A second skin (32) is similarly constructed to the first skin such that the aperture (42) of the second skin aligns at least partially with the aperture of the first skin. A panel (96) is sandwiched between the first and second skin surfaces by first and second adhesive layers (98, 100), respectively.
