PURPOSE: A coupling device and a coupling method are provided to prevent an escape of a spiral pipe by tightly coupling the outer surface of the spiral pipe and a tube. CONSTITUTION: A coupling device(3) is coupled with a rubber tube(4) which has an inject port(4a) for injecting a filler material between a spiral pipe and a cover(6) and an air outlet member(4b) for discharging air to outside. The rubber tube expands by the filler material injected through the inject port. A moisture expanding rubber ring is coupled between the spiral pipe and the cover in such a manner that the water expanding rubber ring expands by moisture. A coupling method comprises a step of coupling an adhesive deposited spiral pipe to both sides of a rubber tube; a step of depositing an adhesive to the outer surface of the rubber tube, covering the rubber tube with a synthetic resin cover, and fixing the tube; and a step of filling the fixed tube with a filler material.
