PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize costs for installing detectors and easily carry out elevator adjustment work and control program adjustment work by a maintenance worker. SOLUTION: A car 3 of an elevator is provided with a connector connecting part 19a. The detectors 17, 18 for detecting vibration and noise data of the car and a hoist of the elevator are connected to the connector connecting part 19a of the car 3 of the elevator to be a maintenance object. A maintenance terminal device 30 is provided for taking the vibration/noise data of the car and the hoist detected by the detectors 17, 18, diagnosing presence/absence of abnormality, and changing/adjusting the control program and a control parameter of the elevator according to the diagnosis.
