PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof structure with reduced vertical width while having a sunshade device. SOLUTION: This roof structure comprises a sunshade device integrally installed to front and back parts of an intermediate horizontal frame member 25 arranged between shade members 27 adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle, and having a front slide groove 29 and a rear slide groove 30 guiding the shade members 27; right and left roof side rails extending in the longitudinal direction on side edges of the vehicle; and a roof arch 24 connecting the roof side rails. The intermediate horizontal frame member 25 is mounted to the roof arch 24, and the front slide groove 29 and the rear slide groove 30 are arranged on the front and rear sides of the roof arch 24.
