PURPOSE: An apartment type ginseng cultivation apparatus using led lamps, and a ginseng cultivation method using thereof are provided to efficiency and rapidly grow ginseng at places without sunlight. CONSTITUTION: An apartment type ginseng cultivation apparatus using led lamps comprises the following: a cultivation tank(20) storing a medium(24) for planting ginseng seedlings; a nutrient solution supply device(30) supplying a nutrient solution to the medium; plural LED lamps(42) supplying light energy to the ginseng seedlings planted on the medium; a transfer rod(44a) supplying the LED lamps; a pair of linear motion guides(44b) located on the upper side of the cultivation tank; a reciprocating movement unit(40) reciprocating the LED lamps on the ginseng seedlings; and a temperature control device(36).
