PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blister packaging material which comprises front and rear synthetic resin-made films and a blister part having a flange on peripheral edges, is efficiently manufactured, and is provided with a tamper-proof function for checking non-unsealing. SOLUTION: The blister packaging material comprises front and rear synthetic resin-made films 1, 2 and a blister part 3 having a flange on peripheral edges. A window hole 4 is opened in the front film 1. The blister is protruded from inside through the window hole 4. The blister part 3 is bonded to the front film 1 at the flange.
