ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY PANEL AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) display panel and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the performance of a device by decreasing turn-on voltage and increasing current density. An OLED display panel includes a substrate(100), an anode(131), an insulating layer(120), an organic layer(132), and a cathode(133). A general pixel circuit is formed on the substrate with a thin film transistor and a capacitor. The anode is formed as a pattern corresponding to each pixel on the top of the substrate and is electrically connected to the pixel circuit on the substrate. The insulating layer covers the anode as an insulator and is formed with an exposed opening to make the anode exposed. The organic layer covers the anode as a shape corresponding to the exposed opening of the insulating layer. The cathode is formed on the top of the organic layer.
