CRB MOLD PROVIDED WITH QUICK CLAMP MECHANISM FOR MANUFACTURING RUBBER PRODUCTS

A cold runner block mold provided with a quick clamp mechanism for manufacturing rubber products is provided to save cooling capacity and cost by clamping a CRB unit to an insulation plate and an upper heating plate by using a quick clamp mechanism. A cold runner block mold provided with a quick clamp mechanism for manufacturing rubber products includes: a cold runner block(CRB) unit(10), a heat insulation plate(30) and an upper heating plate(40) provided under the CRB unit, a mold(50) having a cavity and a quick clamp mechanism. The CRB unit includes an upper fixing plate(11) having a rubber solution injection hole(12) and a runner plate(13) having a runner. The quick clamp mechanism includes a locking pin(66) and a clamp mechanism(61a,61b). An upper end of a head(66a) of the locking pin is vertically provided to be projected to a predetermined height from the upper surface of the heat insulation plate. The clamp mechanism is provided in the CRB unit and locks the head of the locking pin. The head of the locking pin is locked by the clamp mechanism and thus the CRB unit is clamped to the insulation plate and upper heating plate. The head of the locking pin is unlocked, thereby allowing the CRB unit to be separated from the insulation plate and upper heating plate.
