PURPOSE: A balance maintaining device for a floater is provided to protect equipment or operators within a floater by removal or reduction in the pitching of the floater. CONSTITUTION: A balance maintaining device for a floater comprises a drive unit(10), a first rotator(120), and a second rotator(140). The drive unit rotates a driving shaft(113). The first rotator is positioned on one side of the drive unit and is connected to the drive shaft. The second rotator is positioned on the other side of the drive unit and is connected to the drive shaft to rotate around the drive shaft. The rotation of the second rotator has the phase which is opposite to the rotation of the first rotator.
