PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block device reducing the thickness of support bodies regardless of change of a gradient of the outer face of a hull. SOLUTION: In (1) of this invention, the upper face of a block body 17 comprises a first inclined face 26 and second inclined face 27 having different gradients so as to follow change of the gradient of the outer face of the hull 22. A first support body 18 comprising an elastic material is mounted on the upper face of the first inclined face 26, and a second support body 19 comprising an elastic material is mounted on the upper face of the second inclined face 27. Therefore, compression dimensions L<SB>1</SB>, L<SB>2</SB>of the first support body 18 and the second support body 19 by the hull 22 are smaller than a compression dimension L of a support body 68 of a conventional block device shown in (2).
