PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize simplification, space saving, cost reduction, and increased processing speed of a device. SOLUTION: A first conveyance unit 610 of a conveyance part 650 is disposed at the upstream side of a grip mechanism 625 for gripping a sheet. Further, a second conveyance unit 660 of the conveyance part 650 is disposed at the downstream side of the grip mechanism 625. A pressing member 642 as a first processing part is disposed near and at the downstream side of the grip mechanism 625, and an upper cutting blade 621 as a second processing part is disposed at the downstream side thereof. When applying processing treatment to a downstream side end of a sheet bundle by the pressing member 642, the sheet bundle is conveyed to a position where the grip mechanism 625 grips near the downstream side end of the sheet bundle. When applying processing treatment to an upstream side end of the sheet bundle by the upper cutting blade 621, the sheet bundle is conveyed to a position where the grip mechanism 625 grips near the upstream side end of the sheet bundle.
