<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric pump driving circuit for achieving pumping operation superior in quietness by removing the noise components of alternating voltage applied to a piezoelectric vibrator. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric pump driving circuit is stored in a housing together with the piezoelectric vibrator having a pump chamber formed on at least one of the surface and the reverse, for driving the piezoelectric vibrator with alternating voltage. It comprises a high voltage control part for applying alternating voltage to the piezoelectric vibrator, and a parallel capacitor provided between the high voltage control part and the piezoelectric vibrator and connected in parallel to the piezoelectric vibrator.
