The present invention relates to a titer management type reagent storage device, using ubiquitous computing, and a titer management method thereof. Since an expiration date or titer is divided by n depending on period and a residual expiration date or residual titer is converted by proportion to provide titer information of a reagent, the present invention is capable of preventing the alteration of the reagent, caused by the instability of a storage environment, by efficiently performing the titer management of the reagent, stored in a reagent storage device such as a reagent storage chamber or reagent place in a laboratory, in real time through ubiquitous as well as enabling the effective management of a high-priced reagent or specially managed unstable chemicals and enabling the systemic management and real time confirmation of a reagent state.
