The present invention provides a water-reducing agent for low-heating high-strength concrete formed of 50 to 70 wt% of maintainer and 30 to 50 wt% of water reducer as polycarboxylic acid, an alkali ion activation agent for low-heating high-strength concrete configured by mixing between 30 to 50 wt% of tri-ethanol-amine (TEA) and 50 to 70 wt% of polypenol-amine (PA), and a low-heating high-strength concrete composition configured to contain 450 to 550 kg/m^3 of binding material (B) formed of 45 to 55 wt% of blast furnace slag fine powder, 25 to 35 wt% of ordinary Portland cement, and 15 to 25 wt% of fly ash; 135 to 175 kg/m^3 of water (W); 700 to 770 kg/m^3 of fine aggregate (S); 850 to 940 kg/m^3 of coarse aggregate (G); 4.05 to 8.25 kg/m^3 of the water-reducing agent for low-heating high-strength concrete; and the alkali ion activation agent for low-heating high-strength concrete, in which the water-binding material ratio (W/B) is 27 to 35% and the fine aggregate ratio (S/a) is 42 to 48%, 0.9 to 1.4 parts by weight of the water-reducing agent for low-heating high-strength concrete is mixed with respect to 100 parts by weight of the binding material (B), and 0.1 part by weight of the alkali ion activation agent for low-heating high-strength concrete is mixed with respect to 100 parts by weight of the binding material (B). |
